The Audi Extended Warranty policy is fully transferable should you decide to pass on or on sell your vehicle. Simply contact Audi NZ or your local approved dealer, notifying of the change of ownership and we will ensure the cover is applied.
To qualify for this offer your vehicle must be New Zealand new, registered between 1st of May 2017 and the 31st of July 2019. Grey imports are excluded from this offer. If you have a personalised plate or have recently changed the registration number on your vehicle, we might not be aware of this. Simply contact us via warranty@audi.co.nz and we'll investigate further.
You are entitled to Audi Approved Plus Roadside Assistance benefits (including flat battery, flat tyres, vehicle lockout, and out of fuel assistance), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Audi Extended Warranty Policy remains with the vehicle if it is sold, including in circumstances where you sell your vehicle privately, transferring to a new owner, thus helping to maintain the residual value of the vehicle.
The Audi Extended Warranty term starts immediately on expiry of the three (3) year new vehicle warranty provided by Audi NZ, which starts on the date of initial registration.
All regular servicing must be performed in line with Audi specifications throughout the term of the Audi Extended Warranty Policy, this must be performed at an Audi approved service centre and any parts replaced during a standard service or repair must be Audi Genuine Parts.
The additional 2-Years up to 150,000km extended warranty cover does not include the cost of scheduled servicing or WOF inspections, these costs will be charged by the approved service centre when a service or inspection is needed.
Offer is applicable to New Zealand New Audi models purchased between 01/05/2017 – 31/07/2019. The Audi Extended Warranty term starts immediately on expiry of the three (3) year new vehicle warranty provided by Audi NZ, which starts on the date of initial registration. All pricing includes GST. This Policy does not affect or limit your rights under the consumer guarantees act 1993, but provides benefits over and above the act's guarantees.
